◆基本特性




1. 熱敏電阻的零功率電阻
R= R0 exp B (1/T-1/T0) ....(1)
R : 環境溫度 T (K) 中的電阻
(K:絕對溫度)
R0 : 環境溫度 T0 (K) 中的電阻
B : 熱敏電阻的 B 常數
 
2.  B-常數
如(1)式
B=㏑(R/R0)/(1/T-1/T0)--------(2)
 
3. 熱耗散常數
當用電功率 P (mW) 在
環境溫度 T1,如果熱敏電阻
溫度上升 T2,有一個公式為
跟隨
P= C (T2 -T1) ---------- (3)
C : 散熱常數 (mW/℃)
散熱常數變化由
尺寸、測量、測量條件等。
 
4. 熱時間常數
其中熱敏電阻溫度將
改變63.2%的溫差
從環境溫度T0(℃)到T1(℃)。
